Human Factors training is mandated by Transport Canada, and this course exceeds the requirements set out by TCCA, for pilots, or any personnel who will be doing elementary maintenance work as part of their job. These tasks are limited to the exhaustive list as per CAR 625 APP A.

Human error is the single largest cause of errors, incidents, and accidents within the industry, and awareness and due diligence can help to reduce the consequences, and negative ramifications, of human error.
