This course will look at QA in aviation maintenance, and specifically studies CAR 573.09. We also touch on compliance and noncompliance, root cause analysis, and some of the penalties when 'stuff happens'.

Quality Assurance is the same in any industry-it is your systems and processes, 'how you do things around here'', and the thoroughness of QA will determine the level of quality of the product or service that you will provide.

The more efficient and exhaustive your QA, the better your end product. And, most important, is the safety factor...QA works along with H & S to keep your workers safe, injury free, and productive.....and that is what it is all about!!!!
